RCC Email Outlook

If you are a student of the Rogue Community College (RCC), of course you are going to have a free student email account through RCC Email Outlook. You have to know that access to this RCC email Outlook account is very important because this is the only method communication formally between the District and the student of Rogue Community College (RCC).

If you have personal email addresses, it will not be used by the Rogue Community College (RCC). When you access your student email, you are able to check and see lots of important notices includes Student Financial Services, schedule of class, new classes, class changes, faculty correspondence, and more. After assigned, your student e-mail address is going to never change. In this case, you are able to check your email account daily.

Sometime, there are some students who cannot login to RCC (Rogue Community College) student email account with their default password, if you get same issue so you are able to login to Webadvisor of RCC (Rogue Community College) to reset your email account password. It is because Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook) cannot reset your password. In order to successfully reset your password, you have to login to RCC WebAdvisor and then select “Student Email Password Reset” which located on the left hand side of the screen. Please, keep in mind once resetting your email password. Usually, it is going to take up to 5 working days (this excludes weekends and holidays). For note: You do not have an ability to reset your password by using the “Can’t Access Your Account” link on the Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook) email account login page.


  1. At the first step, you have to go to mail.office365.com and sign in with your RCC student email address.
  2. In this case, if you login to your RCC (Rogue Community College) Student Email account for the first time, so your default password is your initials which followed by your birthday (mmddyy format). For example, if your name is Bella Clara and your birth date is 12/11/1991 then your default password is Bc12111991. If you are a returning user, so your password has not changed.
  3. The next step, you have to follow the Microsoft Office prompts to set up and access your account.
  4. Then, you are able to forward your RCC email to another personal email account. To do it, you have to go to Settings, the choose ‘Options’, next you just need to choose ‘Forward Your Email’.

In addition, if you do not know your email address, so you are able to go to the Main Menu of RCC WebAdvisor and then please click the “Learn Your RCC Email Address” link in the lower left-hand corner. Rogue Community College (RCC) uses Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook) to host your email, so any mail app is able to work. For this case, we suggest you to use the Microsoft Outlook app. It is available for Android and iOS.
