Yuba College Webadvisor is counted as one of the web-based services provided by Yuba College for every student, every staff, every faculty, and every community of Yuba College. This one is like your gateway to do some things such as to add and drop courses, to pay your fees, to request a refund of fees, to view grades, to get an unofficial transcript, and to change your address or phone.

The section of Yuba College Webadvisor can be found on the homepage of Yuba College at yc.yccd.edu. When you are in the homepage, you can look for the “Webadvisor” link on the left hand menu. To access all the functions available, you have to log in to Yuba College Webadvisor first. Logging in to this webadvisor is easy and simple. As explained on the official website of Yuba College Webadvisor, the students and the staff have to click on the Log In button which is located in the upper right corner first.

You will be required the User ID and the password to log in. For those who are new to this, you must be wondering about User ID. So, what is the User ID? It is the first initial of your last name (capitalized) plus your 7 digit Student ID number. In case you do not know your Student Id, you are able to look for your username based on your last name and your SSN. How about the password? For those are the first timer in logging into Yuba College Webadvisor or if you have not changed your password, the your password is the first letter of your legal first name (uppercase) plus first letter of your legal last name (lowercase) plus last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (if there is no SSN, then you can use the last 4 digits of Colleague ID) plus 2 digit designation of your birth month (for example, April = 04). Apparently, the username and the password can be used for the other Yuba College systems including Canvas and Office 365/email. Do not forget that the password is just temporary and Yuba College recommends you to change it to the new one as soon as possible. For your information, you are able to change your password system by using a system named Portal Guard Account Management.

After you have the User ID and the password, the next thing you have to do is to enter your User ID and the password. Then, click on the “Students link which can be found in the upper right corner. In the end, you can see some areas for Financial Information (fees due and making a payment), Financial Aid (see your aid package), Registration (add and drop classes), Academic Planning, Academic Profile (view grades, print unofficial transcript), and Admission Information.
