Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

Heathrow airport

Heathrow airport is the largest airport in Europe and one of the busiest in the world. It is a huge, modern facility that runs like a well-oiled machine, but it is also very crowded at times. That said, it is easy to navigate, and signs are everywhere guiding travelers to passport control, baggage reclaim, customs, terminals, rides, and the metro.

Traveling from Dubai to London can be an exciting journey, covering a considerable distance.

The terminal is located 17 miles (27 km) west of central London. You can get there by car, but be aware that traffic is often heavy at peak hours. The easiest route is via the M4 motorway, although it can become congested at certain times. There is an airport shuttle bus that connects the different terminals, and you can also reach the terminal by train from London Paddington station.

Airlines at Terminal 3

The airlines in Terminal 3 serve long-haul flights to the US, South America, and Asia. The terminal was formerly known as Oceanic and opened in 1961.
