HFC connects Henry Ford Community College students, faculty, and employees. The Student Portal provides access to personalized notifications, information and schedules, and frequently used resources. The Employee portal provides a directory of common employee resources including the information about other offices, Committee and Team collaboration pages, and Shared Leadership information.
HFCC Webadvisor is an online access for the student, faculty and employee of Henry Ford Community College (HFCC). This Webadvisor is available freely. However, sometime this WebAdvisor is unavailable during weekly system backup and maintenance. The system is going to be down from 11:00 pm on Saturday until 3:00 pm on Sunday. So, if you want to login your account, you have to login in WebAdvisor hour operation.
In this time, All HFC systems use the same universal password for access. Use your network password for WebAdvisor and then you have to change your password before using HFCC WebAdvisor. You have to know that the new user password is temporary. It is going to expire quickly.
FIRST TIME LOGIN
If you are a new student and you have never logged in before, so you are able to login with your initial password and then you are going to be prompted to set challenge questions and create a password to complete your account.
- Search for your username
- Initial password is four digits of your birth month and day. Example: November 18th birthday = 1118
If your initial password does not work, you are able to activate your account with your username, HANK ID, Last Name, and Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
LOG IN WITH YOUR HFC USERNAME AND PASSWORD
HFCC Webadvisor uses one username and password for all campus technology.
- Search for your username.
Account Login Search is able to be used for searching your HFC universal login information. You have to fill in your last name, and either your HANK ID Number, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, or your birthdate. For example, you enter your last name and then your birthdate, next you just need to click ‘search’ button for searching your username.
- Reset a forgotten password.
We suggest you to change your password regularly. Your HFC Webadvisor password is going to expire and ask you to change it every six months. If you think someone has stolen your password, so please change it immediately.
You do not have ability to log in or reset your password for the following reasons:
- Your password expired.
- Your account is locked from too many failed login attempts.
- Your cellphone number is missing or incorrect in our records (password reset uses cellphone).
